There is nothing better you can do than to sit quietly and reboot your body and mind with a daily guided meditation. Below find free guided meditations! I write and narrate these meditations sourcing from vast experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I use guided imagery and my soothing voice to take you on an inner journey of discovering a different aspect of yourself. In each one, I am leading you to the highest version of yourself, the diamond that is always shining inside you. Each meditation covers a distinct topic from better sleep to reaching your goals, to becoming a more creative you.

Embracing Success and Releasing Fear
This guided meditation is all about mastering success. What does that mean? When you are stuck in fear of doing something or beginning a new project, sometimes you need to identify that fear to get past it! This guided journey helps you identify and talk to that fear. In so doing, you are becoming in charge of your mind and taking mastery of your thoughts and dreaded fears of failure. This is a relatively short meditation at 8:30 minutes. Releasing Fear & Anxiety
This is a guided centering meditation, to support you in moments of fear and anxiety. We live in troubling times in the United States, with our anxiety and fears skyrocketing out of proportion for a healthy nervous system. This meditation gently guides you back to a calm centered and less anxious you. My voice is accompanied by the soothing lullaby melody track Adieu by Slovakia Audio. Guided Meditation Toward Wholeness
These are crazy times and everyone is struggling with daily pressures. Maybe you are being pulled in all different directions and it's hard to feel whole, centered, and grounded. I recorded this guided meditation to help bring you back to yourself- the peaceful and grounded self that is timeless and does not have any worries. The meditation is gently guided by my voice. It begins with a focus on the breath, then releasing mental pressures with each exhale. I hope you find some inner peace after this meditation. Please contact me with any further questions.

Getting to the basics of calming the mind, I offer this Guided Mindfulness Meditation. The term "fight or flight" is also known as the stress response. It's what the body does as it prepares to confront or avoid danger. When appropriately invoked, the stress response helps us rise to many challenges. But trouble starts when this response is constantly provoked by less momentous, day-to-day events. In this modern time, we are constantly being bombarded by world events, our own daily stressors, and all the racing mind of things that need to be done. This meditation gets back to the basics of breath and how powerful it can be for calming the mind and the nervous system. We often take for granted the inhale and exhale. By focusing on the breath you can concentrate on slow, deep breathing and it will aid you in disengaging from distracting thoughts and sensations. The breath is the anchor of a calm mind and body. This meditation is short, so it is easy to return and listen any time you need it.
This is a great place to start on your road to wellness. Sleep is one of the very most important aspects of a healthy life. We all struggle with sleeping at whatever age we are. We are constantly multi-tasking, over-stressed with work or family, and not tuning into what our body needs throughout the day. It's no wonder the mind and body struggle with slowing down into a relaxed state into the night. This meditation at 24:16 minutes will guide you through the beginning with some sleep hygiene. For example, the best temperature for the room when you want to have good sleep. Then I will lead you through full-body relaxation. Let me know if you have any questions before or after.

Improving Self-Esteem Meditation
We all struggle with doubting ourselves or the imposter syndrome. Maybe it was not being loved enough as a child. Perhaps you were not able to live up to someone else expectations. Maybe it was hating your body or hating your inability to overcome these inner struggles. For whatever reason, we struggle with low self-esteem. In this meditation I guide you through releasing old thought forms that are no longer useful, to help you imagine the new you want to be. The confident you.
To discard old programming in the mind, one needs new programming and tools to practice it. By programming, I mean your internal dialogue, the daily thoughts that you are telling yourself. It's a complex topic and this meditation will address one tip of the iceberg, but rest assured every day of practice will improve your self-love and increase tenderness with yourself. You can do it! I am confident you can change whatever thought forms you set your mind and heart to.
