Bio
I feel fortunate to have a fun career that energizes me and allows me to do creative work with teams of industry professionals. I love dramatic and comedic acting!
I am fortunate to have trained with Howard Fine, David Coury, Larry Moss, and many others.
~
Since I was a child watching 80s sitcoms on TV, I have been enamored with the magic of acting. Then, as a teenager, I devoured the adorable films by great directors such as Steven Spielberg, John Hughes, Howard Deutch, Cameron Crowe, and Joel Schumacher. As an adult, I continue to discover all the great Hollywood classics, such as Breakfast At Tiffany's, Casa Blanca, The Wizard of Oz, The Sound of Music, Singing in the Rain, Double Indemnity, Meet Me in Saint Louis, Roman Holiday, Heller - In Pink Tights, and Barbarella. I admire so many Hollywood actresses for their unique contributions to film: Sophia Loren, Jane Fonda, Audrey Hepburn, Ingrid Bergman, Helen Murren, Jennifer Connelly, and Helena Bonham Carter for their depth and range. Even when I worked behind the scenes on the Paramount Studio lot, I did not let myself dream of being an actress. It took three years of voice acting classes to show me where I truly belonged and a lifetime to discover what I was naturally good at.

My love of improv and sketch comedy came to light, taking over a dozen courses at the National Comedy Theatre in San Diego. The thrills of improv keep me going back for more. I can be my most creative and free expressions, and enjoy the camaraderie and the laughs. Undert the guidance of Kent Sokov and Russ Gooberman, I joined LA Connection Theater in Burbank, CA. As part of an improv team, I perform in a monthly Saturday night show at 6pm!
My comedic heroes are:
Carol Burnett, Lucille Ball, Amy Poehler, Tina Fey, Kristen Wiig, Shirley MacLaine, Reece Wetherspoon, Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, and Courtney Cox. My favorite TV shows include Palm Royale, Ghosts, Reba, Loot, Kim's Convenience, the Night Court reboot, and the Frazier reboot. More than anything, I am a forever fan of "Friends".
Another passion of mine is theater and all its dedicated community.
I performed in "Miracle on 34th Street," Directed by Stephen Gomer, at the Camino Real Theater in San Juan Capistrano.
The holiday play is an adaptation of the 1947 movie, and it is filled with heartwarming comedy, love, and faith in one another.
Portraying Mrs. Macy and other characters in this play has stirred my love of community theater to new heights!
Recently cast in "The Miracle Worker," A Tony Award-winning script telling the beautiful story of Helen Keller and her teacher Annie Sullivan. I portrayed Virginia, the loving light light-hearted maid of the Keller family. Directed by Abigail Cox at the Cabrillo Playhouse in San Clemente, CA.
Thank you to all the teachers, acting coaches, and Actors' Memoires (Shirley MacLaine, Patrick Stewart, Uta Hagen, Larry Moss, Howard Fine) who inspired me and led me gently into my career.
I look forward to working with you on your creative project, &
I look forward to sharing the new joys of my acting career in 2025!
